Not Receiving Emails from RAGE FC??

 If you are not receiving emails from RAGE FC, there could be a couple of issues, please look at the issue list below and possible resolutions to solve the problem.  Emails are very important to our organization as most communication goes out that way.

Types of Emails Sent From RAGE FC:

  • Team email lists - All team members should be on a team email list
  • ICONTACT Mailings - All those that wish to get emails from our organization from time to time.
  • Internal Mass Emails - we will send emails to RAGE Club members only periodically that must be received.

If you are not receiving any or some of the above emails please follow the steps below:

  1. Verify that your email is added to our lists, for team and internal emails contact info@ragefcpremier.org, for ICONTACT, please go here to add yourself -  http://www.ragefcpremier.org/MAILING/index_E.html
  2. Make certain that our emails are added into your whitelist.  For instructions to do this please see your email provider below. 
    • Verify that the following emails are added to your whitelist:  your team email - teamname; dave; Shawn; business; info and rageclub.  please add @ragefcpremier.org to the above email names.  We separeate them here to help avoid spam.
    • Also please make certain emails from calendar-notification@google.com are allowed as that is how our calendar reminders go out.

Set up AOL mail. AOL Mail
1. Click Contacts in the right toolbar.
2. Click Add Contact.
3. Enter Ragefcpremier.org and additional information if you wish.
4. Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish.
How to set up Comcast mail. Comcast
1. Click Preferences from the menu.
2. Click Restrict Incoming Email.
3. Click Yes to Enable Email Controls.
4. Click Allow email from addresses listed below.
5. Enter Ragefcpremier.org you want to whitelist.
6. Click Add.
7. Click Update to finish.
How to set up Earthlink mail. Earthlink
1. Click Address Book.
2. Click Add Contact.
4. Save Ragefcpremier.org as a contact.
5. Click save.
How to set up Gmail.

 

Gmail
1. Open an email from the sender that you want to whitelist.
2. Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to “reply.”
3. Click Add Ragefcpremier.org to contacts list to finish.
Set up Mobile Me. Mobile.me
1. Click Ragefcpremier.org in the header of the message you’re viewing.
2. Click Add to finish.
Set up Netzero.

 

NetZero
1. Click the Address Book tab on the top menu bar.
2. Click Contacts.
3. Click Add Contact.
4. Enter Ragefcpremier.org and additional information if you wish.
5. Click Save to finish.
Set up Yahoo. Yahoo! Mail
1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
2. Click Add to contacts next to Ragefcpremier.org.
3. On the Add Contact popup, add additional information if needed.
4. Click Save to finish.
Set up Windows Live. Windows Live Hotmail
1. Open an email from the sender that you want to whitelist.
2. Click Add to contacts next to Ragefcpremier.org to finish.
Set up Microsoft Office. Microsoft Outlook 2003
1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
2. Right-click Click here to download images in the gray bar at the top of the message.
3. Click Add Sender to Senders Safe List to finish.
Set up Microsoft Outlook. Outlook 2007
1. Right-click on the email you received (in the list of emails).
2. Click Junk E-mail.
3. Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List to finish.
Set up Microsoft Outlook. Outlook 2010
1. Click the Home tab.
2. Click Junk.
3. Click Junk E-mail Options.
4. Click Safe Senders.
5. Click Add.
6. Enter Ragefcpremier.org and additional information if you wish.
7. Click OK to finish.
Set up Mac Mail. Mac Mail
1. Click Address Book .
2. Click File.
3. Click New Card.
4. Enter Ragefcpremier.org and additional information if you wish. .
5. Click Edit to finish
Set up Mozilla Thunderbird for Mac. Mozilla Thunderbird for PC
1. Click Address Book.
2. Make sure Personal Address Book is highlighted.
3. Click New Card. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address & Other.
4. Under Contact, enter Ragefcpremier.org and additional information if you wish.
5. Click OK to finish .Mozilla Thunderbird for Mac
1. Click Address Book.
2. Make sure Personal Address Book is highlighted.
3. Click New Card. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address & Other.
4. Under Contact, enter Ragefcpremier.org and additional information if you wish.
5. Click OK to finish
Setting it up in Apple. iOS Devices – iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch1. On any message, tap the sender and add to either a new contact or an existing contact:The Apple set up screen
Setting it up in Android. Android Devices – Samsung, Google Nexus, others1. In the default email client, touch the picture of the sender.
